Pierre Entremont
Co-Founder & Partner
Pierre started as a Seed investor in 2015, when Bruno and him debuted Otium Venture together. In 2019, they doubled down on their partnership and started frst.

Passionate about how companies are born, grow and die, Pierre previously approached the matter from many standpoints: entrepreneurship (DandyBox, exited while at school) company building (Efounders, Rocket Internet), Midcap Private Equity (IK Investment Partners), and Management Consulting (McKinsey). 
Bruno Raillard
Co-Founder & Partner
Bruno launched Otium Venture in 2015 with Pierre, with the goal to bring the high-conviction mindset to seed investing in France. In 2019, they doubled down on their partnership and launched frst.

Prior to that, Bruno has occupied various positions in financial consulting (EY, Eight Advisory), Private Equity investment (Otium Capital) and general management (Gault&Millau) with companies ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.
Judith Tripard
Head of Talent
Judith joined the team in 2018 as Head of Talent. She works with founders and managers on talent-related issues, including talent acquisition and providing functional expertise in various HR areas such as compensation, org design, performance management.

Before joining frst, Judith had extensive experiences in HR and Talent Acquisition, such as Head of Talent Acquisition and Career Management at TF1 and various senior roles at Clémentine, NextRadioTV, Colgate Palmolive, and Bouygues Telecom.
Gabriel de Vinzelles
Senior Associate
Gabriel joined Otium Venture in late 2016, attracted by the team high ambition and the opportunity to help build a new VC fund.

Prior to that Gabriel had the chance to be on both sides of the table: as an early stage investor (Serena Capital) and as a startup founder (Clicknsign).
